Purpose :
Digital electronic weighing scale is a device used to measure mass or weight.
Scope :
Determine the accurate weight of samples like tablets, bhasma etc.
Procedure :
• Switch on the balance
• Wait till reading on scale is shown as zero
• Place a petri plate on plate of balance
• Either note the weight of petri plate or tare it off
• Put the required quantity of sample on petri plate
